Krista was born in Slidell and raised in the Slidell/Pearl River area. She’s lived in and has experienced other states and cities, big and small, but loves to call this home! She now lives in Pearl River raising two boys that keep her busy and entertained! She is very involved in her local church and sings in the choir. Krista enjoys spending time with her amazing family and friends, going on walking trails, and loves meeting new people. She enjoys singing, music, and dance and has even dabbled in theatre. It was at her 2019 performance at Cutting Edge Theater (she played Annelle in Steel Magnolias) where she met Slidell Magazine editor & publisher, Kendra Maness. (Kendra played Clairee.) A wonderful friendship was born and, now, Krista and Kendra are thrilled to be working together at Slidell Magazine!
